This offer (the “GAAGO Subscription Free Trial”), which is made to you by GAAGO (as defined in the GAAGO Terms and Conditions), grants you access to some or all GAAGO Premium Content (as defined in GAAGO Terms and Conditions) for a specified period of time that will be communicated to you at the moment that you activate such trial period by submitting your payment details (the “Free Trial Period”).
By submitting your payment details, and registering a GAAGO account (if applicable), you accept the offer and (i) consent to us using your details in accordance with our Privacy Policy (ii) acknowledge and agree to GAAGO Terms and Conditions and these GAAGO Subscription Free Trial Terms and Conditions.
If you do not want to become a paying subscriber to the relevant GAAGO Premium Content upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you must set your subscription to terminate before the first payment date (instructions for this can be found here: How to cancel a GAAGO subscription). The subscription will be billed at standard pricing at the end of the Free Trial Period if not cancelled within this timeframe.
You can sign up for the offer during specified times only, and subject to such limits as GAAGO may put in place from time to time for customers who have availed of a GAAGO Subscription Free Trial during a previous Free Trial Period. GAAGO reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this offer and/or the offer Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other product, and there is no monetary alternative.
